Yes, of course. Sessions conducted online can be just as productive as those conducted in person, provided you can create a peaceful setting in your home and that you are equipped with a smartphone or computer with a webcam.

Many people believe that hypnosis is only effective for treating addiction and stress, but there are many more conditions we can help with.

Hypnotherapy could be useful also if you are unable to solve your problem either because it is irrational or it can’t be solved on your own. Physical and mental issues can be effectively resolved using hypnosis. Fear of public speaking and/or anxiety can also be treated this. There are also concerns such as confidence, self-esteem, and weight loss that can be addressed with hypnotherapy. The first session usually lasts longer (around 90 minutes). Subsequent online hypnotherapy sessions last 60 minutes.

Although the length of treatment varies from patient to patient, an issue that has been causing years of distress and discomfort can often be resolved in a few sessions. After the initial appointment, most of my clients see positive changes. Others may need more time and additional support. My goal is always to get results in the least amount of time possible. As an indication, 2 to 10 online hypnotherapy sessions max are needed depending on the issue, to address it effectively.

Because successful hypnosis depends also on your dedication and desire to change, no hypnotherapy procedure can guarantee you results. When it comes to stress and anxiety, psychological trauma and PTSD, quitting smoking, confidence, fears and phobias, and many other issues, hypnotherapy can be very helpful. Most of my clients leave our sessions feeling content, at ease, and confident. They were all open to change and committed to the process. This is a collaborative approach.

Hypnotherapy does, however, have some restrictions. Despite someone’s best efforts, change can occasionally fail. Fortunately, though, such occurrences are rather uncommon.
